Billing and Payment

Limitation of Liability
CCNY Tech works to provide reliable services and recommendations; however, no technology system or service can be guaranteed to be completely uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
CCNY Tech shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from:
- Network outages or service interruptions
- Failures of third-party hardware, software, internet providers, cloud services, or vendors
- Cybersecurity incidents, ransomware, unauthorized access, or data loss outside of CCNY Tech's direct control
- Customer misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modification of systems
- Events outside reasonable control, including power failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability established against CCNY Tech shall be limited to the total amount paid to CCNY Tech for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the previous twelve (12) months.
Changes to Terms
CCNY Tech may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will include a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of CCNY Tech services or website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
