Send us a short equipment list with the manufacturer, model, quantity, approximate age, and condition. We'll review your devices and confirm whether they qualify for the program.

We Send Your Box
Once approved, CCNYTech ships you a box complete with protective packaging, a prepared UPS return label, and shipment tracking information.

Pack Your Equipment
Place your approved devices inside using the supplied protective sleeves and dividers. Each box supports up to 49 pounds, with room for approximately eight average laptops.

Ship It Back
Return your packed equipment through UPS using the provided label. Tracking allows you to follow your shipment on its way to our facility.

We Process Your Assets
Once received, we inventory your equipment, securely sanitize or destroy data, test the devices, and determine appropriate remarketing or recycling options.

Receive Your Documentation
We provide serialized data sanitization or destruction certificates, with final documentation targeted within 45 days of receiving your equipment.

- What Doesn't Qualify?
Monitors, televisions, printers, large servers, loose lithium batteries, damaged batteries, hazardous equipment, and oversized devices are not accepted through the Box Program.
Important: All equipment must be reviewed and approved by CCNYTech before shipment. Boxes must not exceed 49 pounds.

Each approved shipment includes a $50 box and logistics cost.
- Processing & Recovery
Applicable processing, data sanitization, refurbishment, and resale costs are deducted from the value generated by your equipment.

- of Net Proceeds to You
After these costs, remaining net proceeds are shared: 40% to your business and 60% to CCNYTech.
- No Surprise Shortfall Billing on Approved Shipments
If we approve your shipment based on the equipment information provided and the assets generate less value than expected, CCNYTech absorbs the shortfall.
Exceptions may apply to equipment that differs materially from its description, contains prohibited items, exceeds weight limits, or requires unusual handling.
Revenue recovery depends on equipment condition, eligibility, resale value, and applicable processing costs. A positive payout is not guaranteed.

CCNYTech reviews your equipment list before issuing a box. If your devices aren’t eligible for the Box Program, the team can discuss whether an alternative disposition arrangement is appropriate.
